In celebration of Guy Grossi's Amore e Cultura and West Australian Opera's upcoming 60th anniversary, we invite you to join us on a culinary journey through Italy as we celebrate the birthplaces of the composers whose works have played a significant role in West Australian Opera's history.

We begin our journey in Sicily, the birthplace of Bellini, before travelling through the home regions of Donizetti and Verdi in Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna, culminating in a grand finale in Tuscany, the home of Puccini.

At Garum, Guy Grossi and Paolo Apuzzo have once again curated an exclusive menu for the evening, paying homage to each composer through a thoughtfully crafted culinary experience. Each course will be paired with Leeuwin Estate wines, featuring both current vintage and rare museum release selections, and will be preceded by a special performance by West Australian Opera artists Naomi Johns and Paul O'Neill.
